ALCOHOL POLICY

No outside alcohol is allowed inside festival.

Beer and wine must be purchased and consumed within the designated areas.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

I hereby grant permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital reproduction in any and all of its publications, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of RoseFest, and other related entities or parties and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the named parties and associated parties to edit, alter, sell, market, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing the programs or for any other lawful purpose. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties, attributions, or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.

WEATHER

The event will happen rain or shine. Please be prepared to respond appropriately. We reserve the right to cancel portions of the event due to “acts of God” or extreme weather conditions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS BY LAW

Beer and Wine will be available for purchase in the Beer and Wine Garden. Alcohol will ONLY be allowed to be drank in the Beer and Wine Garden during the festival from 10am to 10pm. You may NOT remove any purchased alcohol from the garden (unless you have purchased an unopened bottle of wine to take home). NO one is allowed to bring in any kind of alcoholic beverages onto the festival grounds. Pink Hill town police officers will be enforcing this ordinance and the ABC permit rules.

§130.07 CONSUMPTION OF MALT BEVERAGE OR UNFORTIFIED WINE ON TOWN PROPERTY

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to consume malt beverage or unfortified wine (as defined in G.S. Chapter 18B) on any property owned or occupied by the town. For the purpose of this section, the term PROPERTY OWNED OR OCCUPIED BY THE TOWN shall include town owned or maintained streets, right-of-ways, sidewalks, alleys, easements, parking facilities, and any town owned property whether located inside or outside the corporate limits of the town.

(B) Division (A) above shall no apply on any property owned by the town where appropriate ABC permits have been obtained as required by law for the consumption of malt beverage or unfortified wine for the period of time permitted thereunder.
